For more than a decade, I've helped nonprofit, public-sector, and private-sector organizations build clearer, more accessible, and more effective digital experiences that improve real outcomes for real people.

I came into this work through digital transformation in the public sector, where every technical decision had direct consequences for people trying to get help quickly and clearly. That experience shaped how I lead today: user-centered, practical, and accountable to measurable service outcomes. AI remains an important part of my toolkit, but always in service of better content, better experiences, and better decisions.
