I led this deployment from strategy through delivery with court operations, content teams, and platform partners. We built a high-volume assistant that reduced pressure on staff while giving residents faster, clearer answers when it mattered most. More importantly, it proved that responsible AI can improve public services in measurable ways at statewide scale.
